Upper Arlington School district officials have unveiled a tentative plan to build a new high school, renovate the middle schools and rebuild or repair five elementary schools. The proposed 300 million dollar, 15 year project would begin in 2018 if voters approve a bond issue expected to appear on the ballot next year.
