Ohio Governor John Kasich yesterdayt voted early, telling reporters he chose Arizona Republican Senator and 2008 GOP presidential nominee John McCain as a write-in for president. He previously promised not to vote for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. Kasich's vote is strictly symbolic because McCain is not certified by the state as a write-in candidate. There are 18 certified write-in candidates on the ballot.
