Franklin County Expects To Break 2012 Early Voter Turnout Numbers

Early voter turnout in Franklin County is expected to break a record.  The Board of Elections says 150-thousand of the county's 843-thousand registered voters requested absentee ballots.  The agency expects to break a record set in 2012.
