The court says Ohio law already forbids voter intimidation. The Ohio Democratic Party had appealed a Sunday ruling reversing a restraining order issued by a federal judge on Friday. The judge said voters need to be protecting from intimidation, but the Trump campaign got that order overturned on First Amendment grounds.
