The Ohio Ballot Board has certified as two ballot issues a proposed constitutional amendment to impose term limits on Ohio Supreme Court justices and remove special legal protections for state lawmakers and their staffers. Backers have to provide the attorney general with separate summaries for each. If those are certified, backers would have to collect nearly 306 thousand valid petition signatures for each issue.
