Ohio University President Roderick McDavis will leave his position for a job in the private sector next February. That's nearly five months ahead of the date McDavis' stated last March when he announced his retirement. The university says in a news release McDavis will become managing principal and chief executive officer of AGB Search, a company that helps institutions of higher learning find executives. The school is using a different company to find McDavis' successor.
