A mixed-used development is planned for the 400 block of West Broad Street, including the site of a recently closed restaurant.
Columbus City Council member Elizabeth Brown sponsored newly-approved legislation creating an Economic Development Agreement with Kaufman Development for the project. As part of the deal, the city will design and fund 800 thousand dollars worth of streetscape improvements in the area. It's not clear when the project will be completed.
