The jobless rate for Columbus and Franklin County in November fell two-tenths of a point to 3.7 percent - the lowest rate since September of 2001. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says unemployment rates fell in 66 of Ohio's 88 counties last month. Economists credit the local decline to companies hiring for the holidays, and a decline in the overall number of people in the labor force.
