Columbus Zoo Gorilla Died Of Age-Related Heart Problems

Necropsy results show the oldest gorilla in captivity died in January of age-related heart problems. The first western lowland gorilla born in captivity, named Colo, died at the Columbus Zoo at the age of 60. She exceeded her life expectancy by 20 years.
