The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration says Chinese auto glass maker Fuyao will pay only 100 thousand of the proposed 227 thousand dollars in fines to settle safety violations at its plant in Moraine. The Administration has not said why it agreed to the settlement. The plant was cite for multiple violations involving machine safety, electrical hazards and a lack of protective gear.
