Local Jobless Rate Declined In March

State officials say central Ohio’s jobless rate fell half a point to 4 percent in March. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says the state’s metropolitan areas and 85 of  88 counties had a lower rate last month than in February. Columbus and Franklin County had jobless rates of 3.9 percent. Delaware County’s 3.3 percent rate is tied for second-lowest.
