Republican State Representative Wes Retherford has pleaded no contest to an impaired driving charge. Retherford was sentenced Wednesday to a six month suspended jail sentence, three days of alcohol intervention and the revocation of his concealed weapons license. Retherford was arrested March 12 after he passed out behind the wheel at drive-thru with a loaded handgun inside the car. Retherford calls the incident a mistake.
