Body Of Missing Kayaker Recovered From Scioto River

Marion County Sheriff's deputies have recovered the body of a second kayaker from the Scioto River near Marion. The body of 28-year-old Raymond Williams was found Wednesday, two days after after the body of 29-year-old Tyler Webb was recovered. Deputies believe Williams jumped into the water to try and save Webb. Deputies say the two launched their crafts near a lowhead dam, which creates a hydraulic pull that easily traps experienced boaters and swimmers.
