Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say a man is hospitalized in critical condition after being shot during a home invasion on Thursday. The victim is identified as 51-year-old Kevin Lake, a former physician who pleaded guilty to running a Columbus pill mill and failing to pay 3.5 million dollars in taxes. Lake is also a former trustee of Ohio and Bowling Green State universities. Authorities are searching for suspects in his shooting.
