PA Coroner Says Recovered Remains Belong To Central Ohioan Killed In Apparent Plane Crash

wkyc.com

A county coroner in Pennsylvania has confirmed human remains found by someone fishing in Lake Erie earlier this month belong to one of the victims of a plane crash that killed six central Ohioans in Cleveland last year.  The Erie County coroner says DNA tests confirm the human leg found in Lake City belongs to 15-year-old Jack Fleming. The December 29 crash killed six people, but only the remains of three have been found: 45-year-old John Fleming, of Dublin, his 15-year-old son, Jack, and a family friend, 50-year-old Brian Casey, of Powell. The bodies of Fleming's wife, another son, and their friend's daughter have not been found.
