Sentencing is scheduled August 18 for a man convicted this week of raping a Columbus woman in 1996. 55-year-old Anthony Smith will be sentenced on rape, kidnapping and aggravated burglary charges. Smith was convicted last year for raping a Cleveland woman in 1995, and in 2010 for raping a woman in Michigan.
