Dayton School Board Ratifies Contract With Teachers' Union

The Dayton school board last night ratified a two-year contract with the teachers union. Teachers have already ratified the deal that was reached last week, avoiding a strike. The pact locks in raises, improved benefits and more structure for educators' daily schedules.
