Feds Allow Undocumented Immigrant In Columbus To Stay Temporarily

U.S. immigration authorities have decided not to detain a Columbus undocumented immigrant who took sanctuary in a local church this week. 39-year-old Edith Espinal met with federal authorities Wednesday. She was allowed to go home and may stay in the U.S. temporarily while wearing an ankle monitor. Her attorney says she will file for a stay within two weeks.
