Judge Rules Champaign County Boy To Be Tried As Adult In Death Of His Father's Girlfriend

A Champaign County juvenile court judge says the 15-year-old  boy accused of killing his father's longtime girlfriend at a Mad River Township home last April will be tried as an adult. Donovan Nicholas has pleaded not guilty to a delinquency count of aggravated murder in the death of Heidi Taylor. He told a 911 dispatcher an alternate personality killed Taylor.
