Suspects In Two Hilltop Homicides Charged

Columbus police have charged two suspects in a December 4 double-fatal shooting on the Hilltop. Police have arrested 22-year-old Devon Bias and are seeking an unidentified male in the shooting deaths of 17-year-old Quentin Smith and 33-year-old Severen Clayborn. Police say Smith was killed in a drive-by shooting on South Wayne Avenue and Clayborn was killed by a stray bullet in a home on the same street.
