Prosecutors Say Two Hilltop Homicides Were Gang-Related

A Franklin County grand jury has indicted two men for allegedly committing multiple gang-related murders. 22-year-old Devon Bias and 20-year-old Darnell Vinson are charged with firing dozens of shots at an SUV on the west side this month, killing a 16-year-old passenger and a 33-year-old man in a nearby house who was struck by a stray bullet.  Vinson is also charged with killing a woman in a December 10 shooting that wounded two other people, and killing a man on December 11.
