Funeral arrangements are pending for veteran Cincinnati politician Tom Luken, who died Wednesday at the age of 92. Luken served on Cincinnati City Council from 1964 to 1974, including time as mayor in the early '70s. The Democrat also served in Congress from 1974 to 1991.
