Upper Arlington Cop Charged With Solicitation

An Upper Arlington police lieutenant was arraigned Thursday on charges of soliciting a prostitute. 

Jeffrey Conrad has been placed on paid administrative leave. Court records show he attempted to solicit a prostitute online on January 10. That person turned out to be an undercover officer conducting a sting.
