Ohio State University president Michael Drake says the school has reached its goal of raising 100 million dollars to help needy students earlier than expected.
It will hand out an additional 40 million to cover tuition for 35 hundred students in the 2018-19 school year. Ohio State committed to raising 100 million by 2020. Drake says the university is on pace to nearly double its commitment by then.
