Campus Partners Gets City Money For High Street Improvements

Columbus City Council last night voted to payCampus Partners 2 million dollars for road work along North High Street and several side streets.

The city will cover costs of traffic pattern changes, lighting and utility improvements.  The rest of the 11.8 million dollar project cost is being covered by Campus Partners, Ohio State University's development arm, which could ask the city to create a tax increment financing district in the area to offset those costs.
