UC Says Spencer Won't Speak On Campus During Spring Break

The University of Cincinnati's president says white nationalist Richard Spencer's plan to speak on campus during spring break is no longer an option.

Spencer's attorney says his client's plan to speak was scuttled by a legal standoff over UC's demand for a nearly 11 thousand dollar security fee. The school president says the proposed agreement for March 14 hasn't been signed and least six weeks preparation is required for "safety needs."
