Two More Central Ohio Students Facing School-Related Violence Charges
Genoa Township police say a 16-year-old Westerville Central High School student has been arrested for allegedly exchanging text messages threatening violence against students, officers and himself. The name of the student has not been released. He was arrested thanks to tips from the public. Meanwhile, a 6-year-old Springfield boy has been arrested for allegedly bringing a gun to school. Police say the boy opened an unlocked car Thursday, took a gun from inside and brought it into Kenwood Elementary School. The boy is charged with illegal conveyance of a firearm.
