A Franklin Township trustee says a township police officer has been suspended, after a cellphone video showing him kicking a handcuffed suspect in the head went viral.
The incident took place Tuesday night on Eakin Road near Sullivant Avenue. The video from a bystander shows the unidentified officer kicking a suspect lying on the ground, held by a second officer.
