The man convicted of raping and killing an Ohio State University student last year has ended the appeals process in his case.
Brian Golsby's newly appointed public defender says a court recently granted his request to dismiss his appeal. The attorney has declined to say why. Golsby was sentenced to life in prison for killing Reagan Tokes.
