Hundreds of current and former employees at the Fuyao Glass plant in Moraine have filed a class action lawsuit over their paychecks.
Nearly 650 people are challenging Fuyao's time card calculations. The suit accuses the firm of failing to pay workers overtime, docking pay for lunch breaks and refusing to relieve employees of their duties during their breaks. The company has yet to comment.
