The Ohio Department of Transportation is increasing safety measures on I-270 north between the I-70 interchange and the Roberts Road exit after a third accident in the past six days.
ODOT says it will add more reflective markers on the guardrail over Raymond Run Creek, set out more orange barrels before and after the barrier wall, and install portable message boards urging drivers to slow down. At least eight semis and one car have crashed along this section of freeway in the last few weeks.
