A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a man on charges of killing his father and then staging a home invasion to cover up the crime.
20-year-old Jonah Lake faces four counts in the shooting death of Kevin Lake. The victim had earler pleaded guilty to federal fraud, tax evasion, and drug charges for allegedly running a pill mill. The victim was found in his New Albany home in June. Kevin Lake was also a former trustee of Ohio and Bowling Green State universities.
