The Athens County priest who impregnated an underage girl has been convicted of sexual battery and sentenced to 12 years in prison.
The county prosecutor's office announced the plea and sentence on Tuesday. 45-year-old Henry Foxhoven pleaded guilty earlier this year for having sex with and impregnating an altar girl in one of Foxhoven's parishes.
