The state auditor's office says a Columbus-based food vendor failed to pay nearly 122 thousand dollars in rental fees to Veterans Memorial from 2011 through 2014, when the venue closed.
Concessions by Cox was required to pay on a monthly basis. Former facility GM Rodney Myers failed to create the procedures needed to track payments, according to the state. The office has issued a finding for recovery.
