The attorney for a former Ohio State diving club coach says his client plans to plead not guilty today to charges of having sex with a diver when she was a teenager.
Former diver Estee Pryor has said 32-year-old Will Bohonyi began pressuring her for sex when she was 16. She's one of the divers who have sued USA Diving, alleging it didn't do enough to stop Bohonyi. He is charged with sexual battery and pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor.
