Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Reggie Rucker and his wife have filed for bankruptcy.
Their petition says they owe more than 860 thousand dollars to entities including the IRS and the attorney who represented Rucker when he was convicted of stealing from his nonprofit groups and sentenced to prison in 2016.
