A Delaware Hayes High School Student has agreed to plead guilty in a deal with prosecutors after being accused of threatening a school shooting.
Prosecutors say 18-year-old Troy Ferguson agreed to plead guilty to obstructing justice for destroying or concealing evidence or inducing others to help him elude prosecution. A charge of inducing panic was dropped under the plea deal. Ferguson was arrested in November when two students said he made statements about causing harm to others. He's being held on 150 thousand dollars bond and still faces disciplinary action by the district.
