Columbus police have identified the victim of the city's first homicide of 2019.
Police say 36-year-old Ahmed Osman was killed Tuesday at a home in the 5500 block of Leigh Run Court. Police are searching for a motive and a suspect. There were 103 homicides in Columbus last year, down from a record 143 set in 2017.
