Columbus Women's March Scheduled For Saturday

actionnetwork.org

Four-thousand people are expected to participate in the Women's March on Saturday in downtown Columbus.

The annual event started in 2017 to protest Donald Trump's presidency and to raise awareness of reproductive rights, criminal justice and immigration issues. Organizers say the event will be held, even though several state and local chapters split from the national organizing group or cancelled events amid complaints of anti-Semitism, racism and bigotry. Organizers of the Cincinnati event canceled  for what they said were practical reasons.
