Test results show the Franklin County judge arrested in Pickerington last month had more than twice the legal amount of alcohol in her system.
Monica Hawkins was sentenced last week to serve time in a treatment program. The judge in her case also suspended 87 days of a 90 day jail sentence and issued a one-year drivers license suspension.
