Another family is suing Mount Carmel Health and the now-fired critical-care doctor accused of ordering fatal doses of pain medication for dozens of patients.
Attorneys for the family of 73-year-old Peggy Francies say she died in 2017 after being admitted for treatment of sepsis. Mount Carmel has apologized. Attorneys for William Husel have declined comment.
