A Pickaway County judge has ordered the village of New Holland to reinstate a fired police sergeant and give him back pay.
Brad Mick was fired last July, after he filed obstruction of justice and other charges against Mayor Butch Betzko and then-interim police Chief David Conrad. The judge says village officials failed to follow the law in terminating Mick.
