State prisons department officials say an inmate at the Warren Correctional Institution was killed inside of his cel l on Monday.
Christopher Richardson of Delaware was serving four years for an arson in the village of Ashley in early 2017. Prison officials declined further comment on the attack citing the ongoing police investigation.
