A judge has scheduled a new trial date for the Bellefontaine woman charged with killing her three sons.
Brittany Pilkington goes on trial September 23. She has pleaded not guilty. A judge in February found parts of Pilkington's police interrogation without legal counsel inadmissable, but ruled most of her statements may be used at trial. Defense attorneys say Pilkington has brain damage and a low IQ, impairing her ability to knowingly waive her rights and understand the interrogation.
