Local Man Sentenced For Fatal Home Invasion, Unrelated Sexual Assault

A Hilltop man has been sentenced to life in prison for a home invasion murder and an unrelated rape. 

Prosecutors say 31-year-old Joseph Kibby killed 30-year-old Lee Bussey at a North Warren Avenue home in 2016. Prosecutors say DNA collected during that investigation linked him to a rape a week earier near Scott Street and North Glenwood Avenue.
