Local Human Trafficker Sentenced To Prison Time

Prosecutors say a Columbus man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for promoting prostitution and human trafficking. 

Andrew Harris - also known as Bobby Smith and "Jamacian Rick"- targeted drug-addicted women and made them advertise sexual services online. Prosectors say Harris used physical violence to compel the behavior.
