A federal search warrant indicates investigators who searched the home of a contractor at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton may have had contact with foreign spies.
33-year-old Isaak Kemp has been under investigation by the FBI since May, when hundreds of pages of classified documents were found at his Fairborn home. The FBI is trying to figure out how it happened and who else may have copies of those files. Kemp is a contractor at the national air and space intelligence center with a top secret security clearance. No charges have been filed.
