Cincinnati city attorneys say people caught with less than 100 grams of marijuana will no longer face prosecution.
The city is following the recent move by Columbus in saying all prosecutions and charges for misdemeanor possession are being dismissed, under an ordinance to decriminalize small amounts. Supporters say it will remove barriers to employment and reduce jail overcrowding.
