Two Daycare Workers Allegedly Failed To Stop Bullying Incident

Two local daycare center employees face child endangering charges. 

Prosecutors say 31-year-old Emma Dietrich and 27-year-old Joshua Tennant failed to protect a child at Worthington Learning Center from being bullied by others in August. Prosecutors say they have video of the incident.
