The Ohio Board of Pharmacy is recommending disciplinary measures against the licenses of three pharmacists at Mount Carmel West Hospital connected with the investigation of Doctor William Husel.
The former Mount Carmel physician is charged with 25 counts of murder for giving patients fatal doses of medications. Officials say the recommendations come after an internal review. The Board says the three will be allowed to appear before any action is taken.
